"Its been a month since Statefarm has picked up my car to be inspected. They consistently mishandle my claim and I have a difficult time getting in touch with claims adjusters. I'm having to constantly contact this agency to report issues. They insist that they cannot pause payments even though state farm has had my car for a month. The adjuster was scheduled and didnt show up. Ive had them send the vehicle to my mechanic because they kept wanting to total for minor repairs. They can't help me but they have no issues collecting payments for insurance. Ive reported this numerous time and im growing very frustrated."
